It does have access. I'm not sure where. I have an audio link from the Previous owner describing where the access road is. Her company used to own it and the horse farm to the north. She just bought the horse farm back from the company, but left the 40 acres to the other owner in Chicago. And that's who I got it from. So she still lives on the horse farm and knows for a fact there is access to the property. The access trail was unmaintained and is over grown. Getting out there is the hard part. Do not walk on the guys corn field to the South East he's getting upset.
