Texas Hidden Springs Ranch has been owned and operated by outdoor television personality, Keith Warren and has been a premier destination for world-class white-tailed deer hunting for over 25 years. The property consists of a mix of post oak, hickory trees, and lush pastures that is home to some of the largest trophy whitetail bucks in Texas. The land consists of a mix of wooded areas and well-managed shooting alleys that provide hunters with the unique experience of harvesting a whitetail with a bow or with a gun from comfortable distances. The ranch has well-maintained roads and trails allowing easy access to lodging and the multitude of hunting blinds across all 433 acres of the property.
WILDLIFE
Home to about 150 animals, the ranch offers endless trophy-sized white-tailed bucks that offer hunters a 100% chance of harvesting a once-in-a-lifetime trophy buck. In addition to whitetail, there are also feral hogs, javelina, bobcat, coyote, badger, skunk, opossum, raccoon, and gray fox found on the property.
IMPROVEMENTS
The front pasture is complete with one stock tank, two water sources, two top-tier hunting blinds, and electric deer feeders. Two covered protein stations provide feed year-round, along with a feed barn. Also equipped with a deer handling barn for breeding operations, featuring 13 pens built on 11 acres that each come with water and natural cover.
The main house pasture includes two stock tanks, additional water sources for wildlife, six custom-built hunting blinds and three covered protein stations. This pasture also comes complete with an 800-square-foot ranch foremans and guides home, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main lodging includes a 12 x 20 cabin complete with bunk beds, a bathroom, and air conditioning as well as a newly constructed 1,280 square-foot lodge. The lodge has vaulted ceilings, a spacious kitchen, and two bedrooms each with private bathrooms. The 320 square-foot front porch overlooks a 30-acre field where whitetail can be found throughout both morning and evening.
Further expanding on the ranchs current accommodations is a custom-built barndominium with a 7,000-square-foot footprint that is currently under construction. The shell for the barndominium is complete and ready for the next owner to finish to their personal desire. There is also an 1,800-square-foot equipment barn/shop and a fire pit perfect for corporate retreats and gatherings of friends and family.
WATER
The ranch comes complete with two water wells, septic systems, and three newly rebuilt stock tanks. There are additional underground water lines that provide clean and fresh water for wildlife in both pastures. A new water well for the barndominium boasts an impressive 20,000-gallon storage capacity for clean, potable water.
