The Sellers will accept sealed bids which must be received by 4:30 p.m. on November 12, 2024. The sealed bid must contain the name, address and telephone number of the bidder and the amount of the bid per acre. All bids shall be delivered to Attorney Seth R. Schroeder at the address shown below.

The sale price will be the highest acceptable sealed bid multiplied times the number of taxable acres determined after the Survey of the building site is completed. This is a one-chance sealed bid sale, and there will not be an in-person auction.

This is a cash sale with closing to take place on December 13, 2024. Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price will be due on November 13, 2024, and the winning bidder will be expected to sign a short form real estate contract on November 13, 2024.
