Location: The ranch is located in Brazoria County, just West of West Columbia. Sixty-five miles from downtown Houston. Twenty-five miles from Angleton and 31 miles from Bay City.
Topography, Rangeland & Habitat: The ranch is heavily wooded with large old growth trees that made ideal habitat for white-tailed deer.
Wildlife: The ranch has a thriving superior whitetail herd. The owners have selected whitetails that produces beautiful typical deer. The ranch also has ducks, doves, and hogs.
Improvements: The ranch has a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom lodge that is situated on the front of the ranch. This lodge was built in 2018 and is 1,280 square feet. For additional sleeping there is a bunkhouse that is located just a few steps away. Built in 2020.
