640+/- acres located in Collingsworth County on the east side of the Texas panhandle. North east of Wellington Texas 17 miles, this is area is famous for producing giant whitetails, excellent quail populations in good quail years, numerous turkey, hogs, dove and quail. What is not well know about this area is it has several free ranging rocky mountain elk. There are two live springs on the ranch that produce large quantities of water on its east side as well was a water well on solar on it's west side. There is electricity on the east and west fences all the way down the property lines. Years ago this area was cotton producing. There are very large water wells in the immediate area. You can see pivots on the south fence. With significant elevation, good cover, plenty of habitat for deer and quail, this place is a hunters dream. There are two ten acre food plots currently on the ranch. FM 1439 comes east off of Hwy 83 north of Wellington in one of the most heavily whitetail deer populated areas in the entire panhandle, to within one mile of the gate where caliche county rounds lead to both the west and east gates. The ranch joins a 13000 acre ranch to its north that allows no hunting. A great opportunity for someone to own a great ranch that is ready to hunt right now.
Take Hwy 83 North out of Wellington to Lutie Tx, turn east on 1439, go 8 miles and the ranch is on the north side of the road.
