Yolo Farm

All production leveled irrigated farmland containing premium Class 1 silty loam soils. The land is enrolled in the Williamson Act program for low property taxes and is zoned A-N (Ag Intensive) which allows for many ag related land uses, including rural residential uses. This block was a part of a larger unit that had the source of irrigation water but no rights to that well convey with this property, so a new well needs to be developed. The area is well linked by Interstate 5 to Downtown Sacramento, being only 30 minutes away. An active UP rail line slices off the SW corner of the farm. There is a undeveloped crossing over the railroad to CR 99W (runs parallel w/railroad) providing a "back door" to the property.
