The pistachio orchard is meticulously maintained and highly productive, spanning 677.25 net acres of the Kerman and Golden Hills varieties. Recent upgrades include a substantial reservoir, sand media filtration system, booster pumps, electrical enhancements, plumbing, and the refurbishment of wells and pumps.
The property has four wells, of which three are the primary producers and one serves as backup. All wells are plumbed to a common reservoir, facilitating efficient irrigation for the trees. Refer to the pump test records for more details.
The orchard consists of trees of varying ages, all currently in production. Specifically, 71.6 acres are in their tenth leaf year as of 2024, soon reaching peak productivity.
