The sale will be held at the American Legion Post 366 located at 9494 MO-100, New Haven, MO 63068 on March 20, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. The farm is located east of Berger, MO along Highway B in the area locally known as the Berger Bottoms. This farm has been in the Scheer family for many years and ranks as possibly some of the best land in the State and definitely some of the best that this area has to offer. The farm features highly tillable land with top productive soils in the perfect location with large tracts that are contiguous. TRACT INFO:

Tract 1: Consists of 78 acres m/l (Subject to final survey) with approximately 78 FSA tillable acres making it nearly 100% tillable.
