The live auction will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the Johnson Community Center, 509 West Main Street, Alma, Nebraska 68920. Online bidding will begin on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 8:00 AM and close at the end of the live event.
Tract 1: 39+/- acres of pivot irrigated farm with Electrogator 7 tower pivot and John Deere diesel power unit. There are 34 certified irrigated acres with 39" of water remaining in the 3-year allocation. This tract has access just 1/2 mile off of HWY 89.
Tract 2: 141+/- acres of gravity irrigated farm with 84.7 certified irrigated rights with an estimated 39" of water remaining for the 3-year allocation. This tract contains a house that was built in 1932 with 1314 square feet on the main floor with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and an unfinished 1314 square foot basement.
