The McGary Ranch is a picturesque end-of-the road private sanctuary. The ranch is watered by a well with submersible pump located near the cabin. A wet-weather creek traverses the property from North to South and serves as a focal point with its steep bluffs and timbered bottom where pools of water often accumulate. Largely unimproved and ready for your personal touches, the property does have an older hunters cabin/bunk-house which are given no contributory value. Other improvements include interior trails/roads best accessed by 4-wheeler, walking or a side-by-side.
