Both tracts are located south of the N 1550 East Rd and E 4000 North Rd intersection, 1 mile south of Hoopeston, Illinois. Tract 1 is 40 +/- acres with mostly tillable acres while Tract 2 is 55 +/- acres with the Vermilion River running through the farm. There are no improvements and open tenancy for 2025.
