We have provided everything you need in the listing, including GPS coordinates of the four corners of the property and a Google Maps link so you can plug in directions to take you right to the property. Access to the property is a maintained dirt road to an unmaintained silt/dirt road that would require four wheel drive at times. The property can be reached from Imlay Ave on the West side, or Lund Ave on the East side. See the Google Maps link and map photos for details on directions.
Notes from photographer: These 40 acres are located atop a large hilltop between 5-10 minutes from Spring Creeks shopping and schools. There are two neighbors, each on either side (East and West) of the property just on the outlying property lines at the bottom of the hill. With 360 views of both Elko and Spring Creek, this parcel is untouched and undeveloped. Cell service was moderate to good at most times around the area. The topography contains some slight cliffs, rocky areas, assorted pine shrubbery, and slow descents from the top of the property.
I have included a complete set of ACTUAL property photos all boundary outlines in footage are approximate. I have not visited this property and have included everything I know about it below.
