Gunsight Ranch is a shared hunting ranch, the best hunting deal we have heard of in Texas. You will be granted rights for 2 hunters to hunt the entire 50 square mile ranch when $1,000 has been paid toward the principal of the purchase price. As long as you keep up your payments thereafter you will continue to enjoy these rights, and when you have paid the property off you will have those hunting rights forever, as well as ownership of a gorgeous tract of land in the ranch. What memories you will share around the campfire at the end of the day. You can just visit to hunt, camp, or otherwise enjoy the area, or you can build your dream off-grid camp, cabin, tiny house, or full-sized home.

Animals on the ranch include mule deer, antelope, quail, feral hogs, aoudad big horn sheep, javelina, coyote, and mountain lion.

This approximately 20.87 acre property is in the northwest area of Gunsight Ranch. This property is about as flat as they come in this region. There is a trail road running along its north side.

There is a watering hole about 0.4 mile to the north.

NOTE

Hunting rights cannot be rented, leased, or sold. The property owner (or contract holder) must be present when they are used. While a property is under contract, after the minimum amount has been paid toward the loan principal, hunting rights will be issued annually on request. These hunting rights are printed on special paper with a raised seal and must be carried by the contract holder while hunting. No business or commercial activity or any sort is allowed involving a property under loan contract.

With an initial payment of $294 ($99 down payment + $195 document fee) we can finance the balance for as little as $201.60 per month over 15 years.
