Attention hunters, outdoors peoples, or builders. As i started to walk out into the woods we jumped up 3 deer right off the bat! i saw squirrels, rabbits and some burrows in the ground. As you venture through the woods we came across deer scrapes and trails that would indicate there is wildlife. As a bonus this land used to be a sweet Chesnut farm and has numerous mature and young chestnut bearing trees and the deer love the chestnuts as i was told. It a rectangle shaped land with being long from north to south and the entrance is located on 430 rd. my sign is located approximately half way east and west side of the property corners. the land does not have fencing on the north or south side. The fence on the back of the original homestead is not the fence line but is approximately 10'+/- east of the fence. The land has a gradual slope to it from east to west. Seller is willing to have some of the vegetation cut down and piled up on the land if the future buyers wish but is going to leave it for now due to the wildlife. There is no utilities on the land.
