Crickets passion for her work has led her to many professional real estate milestones since her start at Thomas & Talbot Real Estate in 2002. Most significantly last year, when she became the #1 residential sales agent in Middleburgs Hunt Country. Her knowledge of the market and attention to details has customers seeking her services when they want to buy or sell real estate in the Middleburg area and beyond. Cricket is a visual processor, she sees what things can be, not just what they are. She enjoys helping both sellers and buyers in their different journeys. For sellers, her attention to details helps showcase a property to its very best potential. And for buyers, she listens carefully to their needs and loves the hunt to find them the best possible fit in the area. Having grown up in Upperville and raising her own family right here, Cricket has been involved in her community on many levels. She has involvement in the following local conservation organizations; the Piedmont Environmental Council (PEC), the Goose Creek Association, the Route 50 Corridor Coalition and Loudoun Countys Beaverdam Creek Historic Roadways District. She is also a member of the Greater Piedmont Realtors (GPAAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and BRIGHT Metropolitan Listing System (MLS). She continues to work as a board member of the VA Fall Steeplechase Races, heads up Foxcroft Schools Sports Hall of Fame, and just recently retired from 17 years as a field hockey coach at the local elementary school. She is been a member of her familys church, the Trinity Episcopal Church in Upperville, and still rides today with the famed Piedmont Fox Hounds, where her father Erskine Bedford served as Master for many decades.
